- 111 – Manual arc welding, MMA covered arc welding (MMA method). This is one of the most popular welding methods. The welder uses a manual arc welder. However, the coated electrode (covered with a special substance) is melted in a hot arc, which allows metals to be joined. This method is used in various industries, construction and repairs.
- 135 – Metal electrode welding in the shield of active gases; MAG welding (MAG method). The MAG method uses a metal electrode that is powered by electricity. During welding, a protective gas (usually a mixture of argon and carbon dioxide) is supplied around the arc, protecting the joint from atmospheric contaminants.
- 136 – Arc welding in an active gas shield with flux-cored wire (FCAW method). The FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) method is arc welding in which the wire electrode has a powder filler. During welding, the wire supplies shielding gas, which allows welding in various positions.
- 138 – MAG welding with metal core electrode wire (metal cored method). This welding method uses an electrode wire with a powder filler and a metal core. This method ensures high welding efficiency and excellent joint quality, especially when welding thick materials.
- 141 – Arc welding with a tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield with the addition of a solid wire/rod (TIG method). The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method uses a tungsten electrode and the connection is protected by an inert gas (usually argon). This method is used for welding base metals, aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring high quality and precision of joints.
Each of these welding methods has its advantages and applications in different types of welding work. Depending on the type of material, thickness, working conditions and quality requirements.
